Provides aural reminder of the current time on the hour and quarter hour. The reminder can be spoken or spoken on the hour and chimed on the quarter hour. A speaking timer is also provided for foreground use. The voice used is customizable (more voices will be made available). Operation in the background or when the device is suspended is not currently permitted for assistative applications, though TempusLocuti can do so.
